Table Requirement

Sessions take place on your massage table. If you don’t already have one, I can provide a professional table for your first session — and it’s yours to keep, added to the cost of your first appointment.

If a personal table isn’t practical — such as during travel or at an event — a table rental can be arranged for an additional fee.

How I Work

Each session is customized completely to you and to what your system needs in the moment. I work holistically, treating the body as an interconnected system, and I infuse every session with intuitive energy work to support deeper release and integration.

Your comfort matters. If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, please let me know — including:

Just communicate your needs, and I’ll do my best to adjust to your liking.

Modalities

Below is a clear overview of the modalities I offer, what they feel like, and what they support. Each session can be enhanced with add-ons.

Myofascial Release

A slow, structural modality focused on the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. Techniques include sustained pressure, gentle traction, pressure points, skin rolling and slow stretching to unwind restrictions.
Clients can expect work that feels deep without being forceful, creating length, spaciousness, and improved mobility.
Benefits: posture support, chronic tension relief, increased mobility, long-term structural balance.
Great add-ons: Static cupping, Gua Sha.

Swedish Massage

A soothing, rhythmic modality designed to support circulation and relaxation. Long gliding strokes, kneading, and gentle compression help activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Clients can expect a smooth, flowing, full-body massage that promotes deep relaxation.
Benefits: improved circulation, reduced stress, gentle muscle recovery, overall wellness.
Great add-on: Dynamic cupping.

Deep Tissue

A slow-pressure, targeted modality that works into deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue promoting circulation in the muscles. Techniques include firm pressure, friction, and focused work on specific areas of tension.
Clients can expect a treatment that is intense but controlled, with pressure adjusted to comfort.
Benefits: relief from chronic tightness, improved mobility, reduction of stubborn knots, support for repetitive-strain tension.
Great add-ons: Static cupping, Dynamic cupping, Gua Sha.

Digestive Massage / Visceral Release

A focused abdominal modality that supports motility, reduces stagnation, and works with the fascia and organs involved in digestion. Techniques include rhythmic abdominal work, organ-specific mobilization, and brief targeted work at key lymph points to support the body’s natural drainage.
Clients can expect a treatment that feels relieving, intentional, and deeply calming to the gut.
Benefits: reduced bloating, improved motility, relief from abdominal tightness, support for constipation, and stress-related digestive symptoms.
Great add-ons: Dynamic cupping, Facial massage.

Add-Ons

Included within your booked session time unless otherwise noted.

Facial Massage

A dedicated add-on that extends your session time. A focused facial treatment blending myofascial techniques and lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, soften tension, and support natural contouring. Clients often feel lighter, more open through the jaw and sinuses, and deeply relaxed.
Available as a 15-minute or 30-minute add-on.

Static Cupping

Stationary cups placed on areas of tension to lift tissue, increase circulation, and release adhesions.
Static cupping can leave sha — marks that typically last 2–4 days, but may remain up to 10 days. These marks are not bruising.
Best for: structural work, chronic tightness, myofascial release, deep tissue.

Dynamic Cupping

Gliding cups moved across the tissue to increase circulation, reduce stagnation, and support fluid movement.
Best for: Swedish massage, deep tissue, digestive massage.

Traditional Gua Sha

A scraping technique using a smooth tool to release fascial restrictions, increase blood flow, and reduce muscular tension.
Gua Sha is intense and will leave sha — marks that typically last 2–4 days, but may remain up to 10 days. These marks are not bruising.
Best for: myofascial release, deep tissue.
